    • How much is the initial investment

The amount ranges from $395,000 to $590,000. The cost includes: Franchise fees, equipment, development construction fees, lease administrative fees, rent and security deposit and grand opening fees, plus other costs paid to other parties. The specific breakdowns of these costs are outlined in the Disclosure Document. The Company may sell existing Company-owned units as well. The price and terms for your purchase of a Company-owned Manchu WOK® will be established by mutual agreement.

      • To ensure that high and uniform standards of quality and service are maintained, all Franchisees, including those who purchase a Company-owned Manchu WOK® outlet, are required to operate their Manchu WOK® outlets in strict conformity with our methods, standards, and specifications. In order to maintain these standards, certain purchases must be made from approved suppliers.
    • Do I have to be actively involved in the day to day operations of my Manchu WOK® franchise?
      • The Franchisee does not have to personally operate the Manchu WOK® restaurants. However, the Franchisee and a full time Manager must satisfactorily complete the training course provided by Manchu WOK® and apply it to the operation of the restaurant. In addition, it is important to note that to a large part the success of a Manchu WOK® franchise depends on the entrepreneurial skills, attitude, and financial stability of the Franchisee. Therefore Manchu WOK® strongly recommends that Franchisees be actively involved on a day-to-day basis in their restaurant.
